Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

As a national printing vendor, we hustle with every stationery order and partner with the best shipping carriers.  We use software to calculate what carrier gives you the best shipping rate along with transit times.  Entrust Duke Printing to use our latest technology to print, package and deliver to your doorstep.

 

Please make sure that your correct shipping address is supplied to us with every order.

We require a physical street address.  If this cannot be provided, please advise us in advance. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Our Refund and Return Policy is reviewed in our FAQ section of this website in full detail.

Printing materials and products do not receive refunds.  We will work with every customer if there is an arising issue or damaged product received by our shipping carrier.

Please note that we will package your order as most suitable.  Our cards are packaged in a gift box and then placed inside our shipping cartons with extra protection.  If you receive your package and the carton has been damaged, please let us know as soon as possible.  We will work with our carrier, and you (the customer), to replace any damaged goods.  All damaged goods must be confirmed and we may ask them to be returned back to us, in which we will supply a return shipping label to you.
