At Peacock Letterpress, aka Duke Printing, we pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. That’s why all of our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free reprint
(unless the print came out poorly because of a low quality print file or photo provided).
We are very transparent and work with our customers at a very professional level.
We would expect the same for ourselves.

Our user’s privacy is of the highest importance to Peacock Letterpress, so we take the time to write an accurate and detailed policy every year. We use straightforward language to gain our client's trust and make sure they keep coming back to us and using our website!
Wholesale Inquiries
As a preferred and Licensed Printing Vendor for The Citadel, we do not offer any Citadel nor Citadel Alumni products to anyone requesting wholesale or retail storefront services. Our Licensing only enables us, Peacock Letterpress, to sell our approved products directly to the Members of The Citadel's Parent-to-Parent Sales Page. No Exceptions.
